To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:

- Pack the box with the original packaging and unremoved tags still attached.

- Return the item via a secure, trackable service.
When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the correct procedure.
A customs declaration form maybe required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. It is advisable to check with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item, this will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
Upon receipt of the unworn inspected goods which will be in there original packaging and original tags attached, you will be reimbursed on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
